Advanced control
Advanced actions are no longer isolated in an old separate screen. They appear beside the free tiers, clearly marked and ready for review before use.
Open the complete Advanced tier for deeper cleanup, network tuning, Windows repair, privacy, services, gaming, and power controls.

Install the redesigned Windows optimizer with Home, Max Performance Mode, the unified Optimization Center, Backup, Repair Center, and focused settings in one desktop app.
Before deep tuning, open Backup in the app and save a restore point. It keeps rollback simple.
Use the focused performance control for games, then open Optimization Center when you want to review individual Windows actions.
Some cleanup, services, network, and repair tasks need administrator rights to apply correctly.

Ticket support
If the FAQ did not solve the issue, create a ticket. Add your email, username, and a detailed description of what happened after optimization.
Support request
Use this when FAQ does not solve the issue, Pro access needs a manual check, payment looks wrong, or something changed after Max Performance Mode, Optimization Center, Backup, or a Repair Center action.
QWK Boost rules
QWK Boost is a Windows optimization tool. The desktop app can change local system settings, clear temporary data, tune startup behavior, adjust privacy options, run repair commands, and apply Basic, Medium, or Advanced actions selected by the user.
The website is the account, payment, documentation, support, ticket, policy, and product-information side of QWK Boost. The website does not directly optimize a PC by itself; optimization happens inside the Windows application.
Before running deep cleanup, services control, network tuning, privacy lockdown, or Advanced actions, users should create a restore point and review what each module changes. QWK Boost is designed as a controlled tool, but Windows setups, drivers, services, and games can behave differently from one PC to another.
By using QWK Boost, you agree to run the app only on systems you own or have permission to maintain. Do not use the tool to bypass workplace, school, or managed-device policies.
Accounts, Pro access, payments, subscriptions, ticket history, and support requests belong to the website side of QWK Boost. If payment or activation fails, create a ticket with your email, username, and payment context so access can be checked manually.
Support can ask for basic diagnostic information such as Windows version, QWK Boost version, selected module, and a description of what changed after optimization. Never send passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or unrelated personal files.
QWK Boost can improve system hygiene, reduce background load, organize Windows behavior, and make performance settings easier to manage. It cannot guarantee higher FPS on every PC, fix broken hardware, replace driver maintenance, or overcome game/server limitations.
Deep system changes are provided as tools for informed users. If something does not feel right after a module, use Backup, restore point recovery, the FAQ article, or a support ticket before applying more changes.
Data and trust
The website may handle account identity, email, username, payment status, support tickets, product access, and messages sent through the ticket form. This information is used to provide access, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep Pro service records clear.
Ticket messages should include only the details needed for support: what module was used, what changed, Windows version, and relevant error text. Do not include passwords, private documents, or unrelated screenshots.
The desktop app focuses on local Windows optimization. Home, Max Performance Mode, Optimization Center, Backup, Repair Center, and Settings are intended to operate as local PC tools. The app should not need personal browsing content, private files, or account passwords to optimize Windows.
Some support workflows may ask you to describe system state manually, but QWK Boost support should not request secret credentials or sensitive payment details.
Payment processing should be handled by the connected payment provider when Pro access is enabled. QWK Boost should store only what is needed to confirm access, manage a plan, and resolve payment questions.
If a payment issue happens, support may verify the account email, username, order status, and timestamp, but should not ask for full card numbers.
You can request help with account data, ticket cleanup, or access correction through the Ticket page. Requests are handled manually while the QWK Boost site is still being built out.
Privacy matters especially because the product touches Windows settings. The goal is to keep the website responsible for account and support data, while the app stays focused on optimization.
Payments and refunds
Changing your mind, choosing the wrong plan, no longer wanting the product, or claiming that a purchase was accidental does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, price, billing period, system requirements, and product description before completing payment. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
A refund may be considered when Pro access was not delivered after successful payment, a duplicate charge occurred, or a verified material technical defect prevents QWK Boost from functioning as described and cannot be resolved by support.
Refunds may also be issued for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, or when required by applicable law, payment network rules, or payment provider policy.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current or previous billing period.
Pro access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the payment is refunded, reversed, or identified as fraudulent.
Submit a refund request using the email connected to the purchase. Include the payment provider transaction or receipt number and a clear explanation of the issue. Never include passwords or complete payment card details.
Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. A refunded purchase may deactivate the related QWK Boost Pro license. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
